Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bedify mobile application ("Bedify", "the App"), provided by Handy Innovative Corp ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Bedify, you agree to these Terms.
What Bedify does
Bedify is an alarm app that requires photo verification — proof that you're in bed at bedtime, or out of bed when you wake up — before an alarm can be turned off. Photos are analyzed by an AI service solely to perform this check and are not retained (see our Privacy Policy for details).
Important: Bedify is a habit and accountability tool, not a medical device or a safety-critical alarm system. Don't rely on Bedify as your only alarm for situations where missing a wake-up could have serious consequences (medication schedules, flights, exams, work shifts, etc.). Network issues, camera failures, or device problems can occasionally prevent verification — Bedify includes fallback behavior for these cases, but no software is 100% guaranteed to be available at the moment you need it.
Subscriptions
Bedify offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings, after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Bedify — including attempting to circumvent verification through fraudulent photos, interfere with the app's operation, or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
Bedify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that verification will always succeed on the first attempt.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handy Innovative Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Bedify — including but not limited to missed alarms, missed events, or lost sleep data.
Changes to the app or these Terms
We may update Bedify and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
